I carry out most small repairs and maintenance jobs myself, and I can also coordinate other trades if your project needs them.

Handyman repairs

Small repairs, adjustments, replacements and general maintenance around the home.

Painting and decorating

Touch-ups, preparation, repairs and redecoration, including between-tenancy refreshes. I take particular care with preparation work, using dust extraction when sanding to leave the room as clean as possible.

Property maintenance

The jobs that need a capable person to diagnose the problem, work out what is needed and get it sorted properly.

Jobs involving multiple trades

Where a job involves more than one trade, I can carry out all the work myself, or coordinate the work as a single package, so you have one point of contact.

Rental property maintenance

I work with landlords and property managers on tenant-reported repairs, remedial work and general property maintenance, helping to keep problems moving without unnecessary back-and-forth. You can see my pricing here. I also have particular experience working in older homes and listed buildings, where repair and maintenance often require a little more care and judgement.
