What I can help with

I take on a range of work, including general repairs and maintenance, carpentry, decorating, electrics, fitting and adjustments, as well as preparing properties for letting and dealing with defects that have built up over time. My experience also includes working on older and listed buildings.

For a fuller list of the work I undertake, see my services page.

My approach

Good maintenance work is as much about communication and follow-through as it is about the work itself. I take pride in working out the best way to deal with a task, keeping you in the picture and making sure the job is properly finished. You deal directly with me throughout.

About me

I’ve worked in property maintenance since 2010, including running my own refurbishment business and managing large buildings and projects. Find out more about me on the About page.
