Pricing

Our rate is £75 per hour (minimum of 1 hour, billed in half-hour increments). We do not charge VAT.

For context, consumer handyman services typically charge ~£90 per hour including VAT for general maintenance. Our pricing reflects a service designed to provide reliability, coordination and professional accountability rather than lowest-cost delivery.

Materials and hardware
Our rates include basic consumables such as fixings and standard materials. For specific items – such as light fittings, ironmongery or specialist hardware – we’re happy to work with products you’ve sourced, or to recommend and supply items we know to be reliable and appropriate for the setting.
